Scintilla Charter Academy, a growing public charter school in Valdosta, GA, currently serving grades K–11 and adding 12th grade in the 2026–2027 school year, is seeking a qualified and passionate Varsity Volleyball Head Coach to lead and continue building our high school volleyball program.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and grow Scintilla’s varsity volleyball program
- Coach student-athletes in skill development, teamwork, and leadership
- Foster a strong team culture focused on excellence, discipline, and integrity
- Support student-athletes academically and personally
- Develop off-season training and program continuity across grade levels
- Engage families and the community to build enthusiasm and support for the program
What We’re Looking For:
- Volleyball coaching experience (head coaching preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A commitment to developing the whole student-athlete
- Ability to build and sustain a positive, competitive program culture
