Head Varsity Baseball Coach

Central Christian School is seeking a dedicated, Christ-centered leader to serve as our Head Varsity Baseball Coach. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about developing student-athletes both on and off the field while building a competitive program rooted in Christian values.

The successful candidate will:

• Lead all aspects of the varsity baseball program.
• Develop student-athletes in baseball fundamentals, leadership, and character.
• Foster a Christ-centered culture that emphasizes teamwork, sportsmanship, and excellence.
• Collaborate with the athletic department to strengthen the Crusader athletic program.
• Mentor players academically, athletically, and spiritually.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous high school or collegiate baseball coaching experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to Christian education and biblical values.
• Teaching certification is welcomed but not required.

We are seeking a coach who demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a passion for investing in the lives of young people while helping grow the Crusader Baseball program.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
