Collins Hill High School
The Head Girls Basketball Coach at Collins Hill High School is responsible for leading a competitive, character-driven program that reflects the values and expectations of Gwinnett County Public Schools and Collins Hill Athletics. The coach will cultivate a positive team culture focused on skill development, sportsmanship, academic achievement, and community pride.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement organized, high-energy practices that emphasize player development, fundamentals, and game strategy
Oversee all aspects of the girls basketball program, including varsity, JV, and feeder development
Promote a culture of accountability, discipline, and teamwork aligned with Collins Hill standards
Supervise and support assistant coaches, ensuring alignment in philosophy and instruction
Ensure compliance with GHSA, Gwinnett County Public Schools, and Collins Hill High School policies
Monitor and support the academic progress and personal growth of all student-athletes
Manage program operations, including scheduling, equipment, inventory, and budgeting
Communicate effectively with players, parents, school administration, and the Collins Hill community
Contribute positively to the overall athletic department and school culture.
