Claxton High School Head Girls’ Softball Coach Vacancy
Claxton High School is seeking a dedicated and qualified Head Girls’ Softball Coach. The successful candidate will lead a comprehensive softball program focused on competitiveness, sportsmanship, teamwork, and the overall academic success of our student-athletes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all facets of the softball program.
Develop and implement practice plans, game strategies, and offseason training.
Cultivate a positive, disciplined, and supportive team environment.
Ensure full adherence to all school, district, and GHSA rules and regulations.
Maintain strong collaborative relationships with school personnel, parents, and the community.
Qualifications Sought:
Prior coaching experience is a plus.
Demonstrated strength in leadership, communication, and organizational management.
A firm commitment to the holistic development of student-athletes, both athletically and academically.
