St. Pius X Catholic High School, a Catholic college preparatory school in the Archdiocese of Atlanta, is seeking a Varsity Head Football Coach and Football Program Director to lead its storied football program beginning in the 2026 season.

Reporting directly to the Athletic Director, this high profile individual is responsible for fostering a culture of excellence that reflects the mission and values of St. Pius X—forming young men of faith, character, and integrity both on and off the field.

Qualifications and Expectations
The ideal candidate will be:

A faith-filled individual who supports and lives in accordance with the teachings of the Catholic Church.

A transformational leader committed to the holistic development of student-athletes—spiritually, academically, and athletically.

Highly organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging a wide range of stakeholders including students, parents, alumni, and the broader community.

Experienced in coaching at the varsity level (minimum of five years required); prior head varsity coaching experience is preferred but not required.

Collaborative in working with the Athletic Department and school leadership to advance the mission of Catholic education through athletics.

A qualified educator—all teaching disciplines will be considered.
