Scintilla Charter Academy, a growing public charter school in Valdosta, GA, currently serving grades K–11 and adding 12th grade in the 2026–2027 school year, is seeking a qualified and passionate Head Football Coach to lead the launch of our high school football program.
This is a unique opportunity to build a competitive program from the ground up and make a lasting impact in a school that values character, commitment, and student growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and build Scintilla’s high school football program
- Coach student-athletes in skills, discipline, and leadership
- Foster a strong team culture focused on excellence and integrity
- Support students academically and personally
- Engage families and the community to build support for the program
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven football coaching experience
- Georgia teaching certification (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A commitment to student success both on and off the field
