Salem High School
Salem High School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Head Flag Football Coach. The ideal candidate will foster a positive team environment, develop athletes’ skills, and uphold the values of sportsmanship and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
– Plan and conduct daily practices and training sessions.
– Conduct and manage off season and summer training and conditioning.
– Develop game strategies and coordinate with assistant coaches.
– Mentor student-athletes, promoting both athletic and academic success.
– Organize and oversee team logistics, including travel and equipment.
– Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration.
Qualifications:
– Previous coaching experience, preferably at the high school or College level.
– Strong knowledge of Flag Football techniques, tactics, and rules.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
– Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
