Head Boys Soccer Coach

Rockdale County High School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Head Soccer Coach to lead our boys’ and girls’ soccer programs. The ideal candidate will foster a positive team environment, develop athletes’ skills, and uphold the values of sportsmanship and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct daily practices and training sessions.
Develop game strategies and coordinate with assistant coaches.
Mentor student-athletes, promoting both athletic and academic success.
Organize and oversee team logistics, including travel and equipment.
Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration.
Qualifications:

Previous coaching experience, preferably at the high school or club level.
Strong knowledge of soccer techniques, tactics, and rules.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
