Lead the entire program, from designing daily practice plans, scheduling both varsity/junior varsity, and gameday operations; managing your assistant coach, recruitment of players from within the building and feeder schools; maintain equipment and inventory of uniforms; monitor the academic progress of athletes in season and out-of-season; foster a positive culture focused on skill development, sportsmanship, and athlete well-being. Additional duties and responsibilities are communicating with players, parents, and administrators. Finally we are looking for a coach with strong leadership skills and technical knowledge of the sport.
