Overview:

LOA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Football Coach / Offensive Coordinator, who in keeping with our mission and culture, understands the importance of personal responsibility, honesty, grit and determination, and successful football operations.  Applicants should at a minimum:

Have at least 3 years of experience as an Offensive Coordinator
Have experience in the direction and coordination of football operations
Be willing to coach other sports if needed in a small school environment

Qualifications:

Georgia Teaching Certificate Required

Bachelor’s Degree Required

5+ years of experience working in a diverse school environment Preferred

Specific teaching role is not yet defined

Reports to: Lake Oconee Academy Athletic Director and Head Football Coach

Salary/Terms: Salary based on certification and experience
