REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Competency in organizing and implementing a successful cheer program.
- Ability to develop a competitive program committed to creating student-athletes who demonstrate a commitment to academics, strong fundamental skills, and sportsmanship.
- Ability to organize, coordinate, plan, and direct the implementation of a comprehensive classroom instructional program.
- Proficiency required in oral and written communication, interpersonal relations, and competency in counseling and evaluating student needs.
