Description:
We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and dynamic Cheer Coach to join our team and help rebuild and guide our program back to its once-prominent status in the state of Georgia. As a key leader, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our cheerleading program by instilling a culture of excellence, teamwork, and commitment while providing strong leadership and guidance to our student-athletes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training plan for cheerleaders, focusing on skill-building, safety, and performance excellence.
- Foster a positive, competitive, and supportive environment that encourages the growth and success of all team members.
- Cultivate teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship while preparing the team for competitive cheer events and state-level performances.
- Collaborate with school administrators, parents, and the community to create support for the program.
- Guide athletes in areas of physical conditioning, choreography, stunts, and routines to ensure high-level performance.
- Mentor and motivate athletes, helping them balance academics, athletics, and personal growth.
- Be a role model of dedication, enthusiasm, and professionalism to the team and school community.
