Girls Lacrosse Coach – Savannah Christian Preparatory School

Savannah Christian Preparatory School, a prominent school in Savannah, Georgia known for its strong liberal arts curriculum is seeking an experienced educator and girls lacrosse coach. The coach would be responsible for managing the girls lacrosse program for grades 9-12. You will be tasked with leading, coaching, and teaching participating student-athletes to develop and achieve a high level of skill, an appreciation for the values of discipline and sportsmanship, and develop habits that will ensure student-athletes will become better overall citizens for participating in the girls lacrosse program.

Other skills and/or qualities necessary for this position are:

– a personal relationship with Jesus Christ

– effective verbal and written communication skills

– the desire to establish an engaging learning environment and positive relationships with students and teachers

– a commitment to being adaptable and flexible while maintaining the smooth flow of instruction

– a high energy level and work ethic

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in education or an education-related field is preferred.
