Ideal candidates would have a proven successful Competition Cheer Coaching background.
Qualifications
-Extensive knowledge of competition cheer rules, strategies, and techniques
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with players, parents, and staff members
-Ability to motivate and inspire players to achieve their full potential
-Excellent organizational skills to plan practices, games, and team events
-Experience working with children or students in a coaching or teaching capacity
Responsibilities
-Plan and conduct competition cheer practices and training sessions
-Teach fundamental competition skills and techniques to players of various skill levels
-Set team’s season schedule
