Bay High School
Bay High School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Girls Head Soccer Coach to lead and develop our student-athletes both on and off the field. We are looking for an experienced coach who values teamwork, skill development, and fostering a positive environment for players to excel. Teaching positions may be available depending on area of certification. We currently have open Science and Social Studies
Responsibilities: Plan and lead all practices, games, and team events Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance player skills Foster a culture of sportsmanship, teamwork, and growth Mentor and support student-athletes in their development as players and individuals Work alongside the programs booster club Coordinate fundraising for the program on a year round basis Coordinate with school administration on scheduling and program needs
Qualifications: Previous coaching experience (high school or club level preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of game strategies, rules, and player development techniques Ability to create a positive and inclusive environment Commitment to promoting academic and athletic excellence
