Job Summary:
We seek an experienced and passionate Head Football Coach to lead our varsity program in alignment with our mission. This role involves player development, game strategy, and fostering a Christ-honoring culture within the team. The coach will work under the Athletic Director to ensure compliance with SCISA regulations and collaborate with other school programs.
Key Responsibilities: Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Promote biblical principles and mentor student-athletes in character, teamwork, and leadership.
Develop and implement effective practice plans, game strategies, and conditioning programs.
Coordinate scheduling, travel, and game-day operations.
Engage with students, families, and faculty to build school spirit.
Qualifications: Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â A strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Minimum three years of high school coaching experience (head coaching preferred).
Knowledge of football rules, strategies, and leadership development.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
