Assistant Boys Soccer Coach

Rockdale County High School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Boys Soccer Coach to lead our boys’ and girls’ soccer programs. The ideal candidate will foster a positive team environment, develop athletes’ skills, and uphold the values of sportsmanship and teamwork.

 – Plan and conduct daily practices and training sessions.

 – Develop game strategies and coordinate with assistant coaches.

 – Mentor student-athletes, promoting both athletic and academic success.

 – Organize and oversee team logistics, including travel and equipment.

 – Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration.

 – Previous coaching experience, preferably at the high school or club level.

 – Strong knowledge of soccer techniques, tactics, and rules.

 – Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

 – Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
